Happy Fourth Anniversary to Mom and Dad

Yesterday was my folks fourth anniversary. Aunt Barb and Uncle Bob came to babysit so mom and dad could go to dinner to celebrate. Thanks for watching me Aunt Barb and Uncle Bob!

I've become a regular at Lighthouse coffeeshop. My mom and dad have been going for years, so they have lots of friends there.

My mom likes the Sunday funny papers. I like them too, but I fall asleep sometimes.

Mama told Dad not to fall asleep on the couch. A little while later she took this picture. But dad said that we weren't really sleeping, you see. We were just resting our eyes.

Ya know, sometimes I just feel like throwin' a fit. Other times, I just wanna take a nap. Today I expressed both those desires in earnest.

Yesterday I got to wear my Pooh sun hat for the first time. Its still a bit big on me.

Baby Shower at Dad's office

The nice folks at Dad's office gave me a shower - it was fun! I slept through most of it, but my mama and dad took up the slack. Dad has worked at Karr Tuttle Campbell for nine years, and has made many friends.

Weight Check

My mom took me to the doctor today for a weight check. Doctor Allen weighed me in at 6 pounds, 8 ounces. That's 2 ounces a day! Dr. Allen is very proud of me. He said "Great story!" He says that when he's happy.

Birthday Bath

My baby cousin is expected today or tomorrow. Good luck Allie and Jon! And Lil' Guadelupe!

Today is my one-month birthday. And for that.... I got a bath. I liked it better this time. And we used the real baby bathtub that we received from Rog and Jean - thank you!

Mah mahm and dad took me bag to da doctah today. I god a stuffy nose. (sniff) I dun mind it really, but mah mahm and dad worry aboud me. (sniff) The doctah said ah'm fine, nottin' to worry aboud.

Doctor visit

My mom and dad took me to the doctor today. I really like Dr. Allen, he's pretty cool, although I do get a little squirmy when he starts pokin' around. I didn't have to get any more shots for now - Dr. Allen said not for two months - yay! I got weighed - 5 pounds 10 ounces - which is not bad but Dr. Allen would like to see more.

No pictures today. Dad has been playing with the new video camera!
