I like cream of wheat too, but I have become a hard-core Irish steel oats guy. You might want to try Bob's Red Mill or McCann's Irish steel oats if you haven't already. Great stuff. I see that Samuel is observing the goings-on. He must have had his blueberries and honey power-breakfast earlier. I think bears are early risers by nature. Not positive though.
