Pizza is great, I love it, especially with lots of spicy sauce. However, looks like you're getting more on your face than in your belly! You've pretty well got the technique down though--just need some fine tuning on the fork to mouth routine. Thanks for the Happy Birthday wishes. Susan took me out to a Chinese restaurant. I love the spicy Szechuan stuff. The spicier the better in my opinion. Never a dull moment.
